All of IGM's coaches are USA Gymnastics professional members and have current safety certifications through USA Gymnastics. It is a priority of IGM that all our coaches attend regular workshops, clinics, and congresses to maintain their certifications as well as keeping their knowledge current.

Irina Kim

Owner

Irina is the owner and founder of IGM. She started IGM in 1997 when she came to Minnesota from Russia. Irina is a former artistic and rhythmic gymnast and has trained and coached with some of the worlds best.

           IGM Gymnastics

Natasha is IGM's head coach of our rhythmic team. She is the former national team coach of Kazakhstan, were she trained many internationally successful gymnasts including 2004 olympian Aliya Yussupova.

Lana Udodovsky

Lana is a former IGM gymnast. She has trained and competed rhythmic gymnastics for over 10 years and has coached with IGM for 2 years. Lana is KAT certified.

Jerrod Haack

Program Director

Jerrod is a student at Minnesota State University, Mankato. He is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. He  is an assistant teacher at a daycare and coaches at MAGS in Mankato.

Amber started rhythmic gymnastics at 10 years old and attained level 9. Amber teaches pre-school, rhythmic beginners, advanced rhythmic beginners and Dance.

Amber Marshik

Brittany is a former USA Gymnastics level 9 artistic gymnast. She started coaching in 2006. Brittany attends the Convent of the Visitation Upper School.

Brittany Paterson

Towana started gymnastics at age 3 and continued taking lessons for about 9 years.  She attended Noma’s School of Gymnastics in Alabama and placed 2nd in the Junior Olympics.  Towana enjoys working with kids and teaches artistic and rhythmic preschool classes.

Towana Whitley

Carly is a former USA Gymnastics level 9 artistic gymnast and competed for Hamline University college gymnastics team. She has a BA in psychology and exercise and sport science. Carly is an experienced recreational and team coach and also currently coaches at Hamline University.

Carly Thompson

Shannon is a former national level competitive rhythmic gymnast. She has also been competitive in Latin and standard style ballroom dance. Shannon is a certified USA Gymnastics judge in rhythmic and artistic gymnastics. She has an extensive gymnastics and dance background and has coached artistic and rhythmic gymnastics beginners through elite level for 10+ years.
